The Preusz Group transformed this building into a modern multi-purpose facility through a complete interior and exterior renovation. The exterior has been given durable steel siding and new windows. The interior was stripped to the studs and redesigned with an open floor plan. The Preusz Group replaced the plumbing and installed a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system. The renovation prioritized energy conservation in installing high efficiency lighting and appliances.
