The Preusz Group renovated this house and brought it into this decade by removing the 1980’s design. The modernization included tearing away the dated wallpaper, repainting all interior walls, light fixtures, outlet covers, door knobs, and cabinet hardware were all swapped out for more contemporary styles. The Kitchen features new appliances and granite counter tops. The entire house was built with high-efficiency in mind. Lighting incorporates LEDs and climate control is routed through a Nest Thermostat that allows control of the house environment through a smartphone.
